Payment,
Return and Warranty Information
PAYMENT
–Unless otherwise agreed in writing, terms of payment are cash, in
United States Dollars, in full at the time of purchase via credit
card* or COD.

Payent is expected net 30 for repeat customers that
have activated Circuit Breaker Boys accounts.
–
Accounts past due subject
to credit hold.
–
All sales are subject to the approval of the
Circuit Breaker Boys' credit department.
–
No cash refunds.
–
THERE IS A $30 FEE FOR
ALL BOUNCED CHECKS. PURCHASER IS LIABLE FOR ALL COLLECTION AND
ATTORNEY FEES.
*We accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
RETURNS
–Absolutely NO returns accepted after 60 days.
–
ALL RETURNS MUST BE
PRE-AUTHORIZED AND ASSIGNED AN APPROVED RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION)
NUMBER.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for ALL returns.
–
Unless
otherwise agreed, PURCHASER is responsible for all shipping charges.

Upon safe return CREDIT will be issued to
your account & used for future purchases.
WARRANTY
If equipment fails to operate within one year of the date of purchase
to BUYER, Circuit Breaker Boys agrees, with our option, to replace
or repair the equivalent.
– All warranty work will be done by Circuit Breaker Boys.

Warranty
does NOT cover expenses for removal from and/or replacement back into service,
down time or loss of use.
– Warranty does NOT cover expenses for return.
–
Warranty
does NOT, and will NOT, apply to defects resulting from accident,
negligence or misuse, improper installation, damage in
transit, or alterations or repairs performed by third parties,
subsequenst to the service or sale by Circuit Breaker Boys.

Any
warranty claim must be made in writing within 6 months of failure
and must include a detailed description of failure and/or deficiency.
