We ship with UPS. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified upon ordering. *We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $250.

Errors in shipping, although unlikely, must be confirmed in writing within seven (7) business days of shipment. If not confirmed in writing via fax or email, it will be assumed that all products have arrived as ordered and according to the packing list included at the time of shipment.

Damages that may have occurred during shipment must be reported within seven (7) business days. After (7) business days it will be assumed that all items have arrived safely and without any damages and Circuit Breaker Boys will relinquish any and all responsibility for any non-technical or non-operational damages discovered after the seven (7) day period.

If items have been damaged during shipping the damages must be reported to UPS immediately: UPS Claims Online. UPS requires that all original shipping/packing materials and the original labeled shipping box or boxes be included with items shipped to facilitate their investigation into any damages.

Circuit Breaker Boys will not accept returns or issue credit on damaged breakers without a UPS claim number or a CBB issued RA (Return Authorization) number.
